Forrest Yoga intensive at 11:00 - 12.30
The focus for this class will be how to maintain a healthy back in this time of our fascination with the small screen and subsequent sitting too much, whether its for work, study or entertainment.
This will be a class that is open to all levels of practice.
The yoga sequence that our class will follow is especially designed to open up, strengthen, deepen and maintain the flexibility that will help to neutralize some of the damage that a sedendary lifestyle can incur.

Forrest yoga regular class from 11:00 - 12:30
A Forrest Yoga Standing pose series. Because we live in a society that is always on the move, we commute and bike, often walking more than in many other countries, we can overuse some of our leg muscles and joints. The theme of this class is how to work on releasing some of the tension than we carry around hips and legs, offering a range of stretches. Especially beneficial for runners and bikers.

Theme : Working towards equilibrium and being a witness

Saturday 2 December 2017 there will be a class from 11:00 - 12:30. All about yoga for a healthy back! No deep backbends this time, but enough to leave you feeling toned, energized and ready for the festive season.
