Cultivate breath awareness. When breathing, whether doing yoga, breathing exercises or just living your life, always keep your heart open and free.. Slow down your breathing, deepening the inhale to prepare for a long quality exhale. Breathe from your diaphragm. Generating breath energy and breath awareness is your gift to yourself.
Spread the bones of your feet and connect your whole foot sole to the earth, including your heels and toes. Press into the earth and then draw the energy from the earth through the arches of your feet up your legs and into your pelvis and sacrum and spread that energy through your whole body.
Relax your Neck.
Do this now..feel the earth under your feet, soften your shoulders, breathe into the back of your neck and send your breath to the back of your head, over the top of your head and as you exhale, relax your face and your jaw. Soften behind your eyes and ears. Reach the top of your head towards the sky and connect with the energy of the cosmos from your belly and your heart.
